I got it in Herakles on the Lost Continent but no-one wants to equip it.
If there isn't anyone then I'll go to a previous save and save myself 10,000 gold.

it's a heavy armor so you need some sturdy enough to wear it

Sure. But there were other armors (coats?) I preferred. Not sure anymore, but I think I bought them either on Zander or Ardeth. And I much more preferred the Power Armors.

but since there were so many charas involved in the last battle, i'm sure you could still find a use to it ^^

Good question! I'm not sure. My head is full of other items atm!
I'll look though.

Edit: It's the Imperial Vest I'm talking about. Must have bought it either in Dela Vermelha or Ezalbalaz. I'd rather think D.V.
