How often does the Colyseum reset? Any way I can trigger it? Thanks.

Never did all of Colysem fights, but... I never had problem with reseting.

I've been all over the place taking care of quests, played for probably an hour, and still can't get the players I want in again.

OOOOoh that. You sign a member only once. You have to try different characters.

It completely resets (so that you can use the same character again) only after you have fought a demon.

Do those demons in the caves on the Lost Continent count?

Nope it has to be a main one. :)

Well, that sucks. Can I kill the last demon and then go back out of wherever it is?

No, sorry, but - as you'd expect - killing the final demon brings you to the end of the game.

For you next playthrough, your opportunities are
1. Before you go to the House of Fear (though the chances of getting past the first couple of rounds are minimal)
2. When you come back from the House of Fear
3. When you come back from your first trip to Zander
4. When you come back from your second trip to Zander (you can't do it after Wittaland because you switch straight to Jordan's party)

Boo! I am now debating myself on whether I should start over ... or just finish and *then* start over.

Well of course it's up to you, but if you've got as far as the Lost Continent and the final demon, why not finish it off? That's what I would do, and then your re-play could also be about picking a different set of characters as well as doing the Colyseum. BTW, have you done Ol'Sainthe Castle?

I don't know what others did, but I also left the Colyseum be in my second playthrough. Before the party reunites after the split it's way too hard (at least for me). So if I were you I'd not start over only because of the Colyseum.

No, I haven't. Is it on the Lost Continent? Oh, and since I got so far, I will finish. I have two people left that haven't tried in the Colyseum so I might try to level them up some more and see if I can get them through. I just wish I had paid more attention to what was resetting the place.

No it's not, and it's definitely worth doing before finishing as you get a great piece of equipment - The Mortel - as well as being a brilliant place to level up. It's also where you find the map to Horizon Island. Going there means you can finish the chickens quest, you get loads of money and can also use the dragon there for more levelling up as it gives 11000+ exp.

Spoiler: show
Did you do the quest to find Bokden? If you did, you will have received a map which means that the Castle appears on the Half Moon map. It's between Zenna and the Colyseum, near the mountains.

Is there a colyseum reset after going to the Lost Continent? Or should I better get all characters to do the arena as it is my last occasion?
