Can someone please tell me where the House of Fear is?

I saw on another post to get east and then down from the item shop, and that took me into the school district and out of Zenna, is it around there somewhere?

Yes, you have to leave Zenna, and then there's a cave you have to go through. When you get out of that cave you'll find the House of Fear.
