I am so stuck as to where the map is for the lost continent, I am finding other help to go to the place where Jordan dropped the letter, but I dont remember him dropping a letter anywhere. I am in Arxisian Fortress, did I miss a step?

You're in the right place. Have you fought Leonora, the Arxisian Empress yet? After the fight there's a letter on the floor. You need to pick it up.
