TREASURE ON CLAW ISLAND

How do I find the treasure on Claw Island??? It says go 10 miles North & 3 miles East from Lake Kupukori...I have been everywhere even tried using the shovel everywhere...am I doing something wrong?? Please help....

This is something that can only be done very near the end of the game. If you have a look at the side quests thread in the "Goodies and Discussions (Spoilers Inside)" section, you will see what you have to do.
