Just wondering - it looks as if you do not have Jardel in the party. As he is key in the dialogue which causes the ghost to join, perhaps he has to be there?

I went back with Jardel, and tried various party configurations. Nothing.

If Om is the apparition, I already 'freed' him much earlier. There was a choice to take money or fulfillment, or something. I chose fulfillment. Perhaps that was the wrong choice?

No, I have chosen fulfillment on both play throughs. Can't remember the exact sequence now, but did you use the Old Notebook from Stardust's house?

Well, that's what I got, so you must have completed the sequence properly if Jardel has talked with him. Assuming you've double-checked your reserve party, if he's not there you must have a rare, random glitch. I honestly can't think of another explanation. I suggest you pm Indy and ask if he can fix your save file so that you have him.

Yup, I won the second time with Om's help, sort of. He was dead most of the time because he wasn't leveled up and very weak. More importantly though I got through with your help, Indie, LittleBro, and D-Squall. Thanks, again.

Maybe next time, I can get Om a little earlier.
