AACGHKK!!! DAS Kommandant KREMATE(outside Hallmark I think?)

My party is Up around level 27, Pass the Titan cave past the war memorial at the bridge into Hallmark - but this Kommandant and his 5 or 6 baddys keep DEMOLISHING us!!
I level up a couple times... they STILL kick the crap out of us in LESS than 2 rounds!

Anyone still remember this battle and offers suggestion I am open 247 we never close...
