Well, I'm not sure neither. I'm used to medicine, but maybe it's like color/colour.

Well anyone can have a typo! And that is what a proof reader is for. 
I have been seeing a lot of goofs by
professional journalists lately too, lean was leen, that type of thing, lol. I can stand a typo in a game now and
then.
