Found the basement quest.. already have, and played, the drum and ocarina .....but the harp?????

Could you edit the solution to Q14 into your post please.

The letter is floating in the water in the underground section of Hallmark castle. Exit and re-enter that map a couple of times, and each time the letter moves closer to the ladder. Continue until you can reach it.

I only got it because I kept going back to try and find some elaborate method!

fight one of those gargoyle-type enemies south of Hallmark and you have to have Susanna summon her earth elemental.

This is another one I got by accident when I selected the 'wrong' skill by mistake. It may be that the others would do as well, but that's how it happened for me.

The harp is in Reven Niega. it's in the red chest to the right, very near to the entrance. To access it, you have to do some extra juggling with switches to get the spikes down.

The Philosopher Scroll - somewhere in the Oracle, but I don't remember where.

As for getting all the quests together, I suggest that you edit your original post and do a copy and paste job to get them all there, because players won't want to scroll through several pages to find them.
