If you know something about the game, than name is not so important. But imagine a situation where someone lists all RPGs on Amaranth Games or page like that and tries to choose one - catching name can be very helpful in this case.
Anyway, I will play Katie's Quest first and judge it later.

but katie's quest does not seem that different to ella's hope for instance, does it?

Katie's Quest is not a bad name. But I believe that if I scrolled through some list of games, than I would always click on names such as "Last Stand", "Cry Wold" or "Whisper of a Rose" more likely than on "Katie's Quest", just to name a few examples.
And yes, Ella's Hope sounds quite similar.

My advice? The people who made the game might want to think hard about their game's story, and then decide upon a title that fits it well. "The Last Stand" was truly the last stand for the heroes in the Laxius Force series.'Cry Wolf' had a werewolf in it. And coincidentally, both those names catch your interest. I think you get what I'm getting at here.

Exactly, that's what I wanted to say. It sounds common like all other names, nothing new in it.
But like I said earlier, I will always look forward to play it coz indy is helping to make it and I am anxious about the game too

"Ensorcelled" is indeed a very intriguing company name.

As others have commented, I can't say the same about the game title "Katie's Quest." Without the recommendation that it's gotten here, the name alone wouldn't lure me into trying it.

Looking at how different the Ensorcelled website is from the Aldorlea website makes me question an assumption I've been making about the new game.

The computer I use does not belong to me, and I can't log in as the administrator. That's not a problem with Aldorlea games, because they can be installed without administrator privileges. Will the same be true of Ensorcelled games - can they also be installed without logging in as administrator?

Aldorlea's phpBB3 forum is compatible with the old browser I am using, while the new forum on the Ensorcelled website tells me on every page that I need to update my browser for better results.

I'm very glad to hear that I'll be able to install the new game, as you've done a great job in getting us all interested in it.
