I just noticed that the groupees retro bundle download is called "Sylia-ActI-GROUPEES". Googling pulled up this thead: viewtopic.php?f=207&t=6965&start=465 which showed that there was also a Sylia Act I on BFG and it was only half of the full game available on Aldorlea.org.

So my question is, is the Sylia version in the groupees retro bundle the full game, or is it the same Act I from BFG? The download size is the same 99MB between groupees and aldorlea.org, so hopefully it's the same game and just the filename is confusing me.

It's the same game as the one on BFG. There are 2 Acts in total (as specified on the title screen). Act I is a refined version of the original and is usually marketed as Sylia - Act I to mark the difference. Here is a review about it:

So does this mean purchasers of the Groupees bundle will not get Act II? Then it really should me mentioned in the bundle.

I believe it would be better to use "Sylia - Act I" instead of "Sylia", as it is the exact name.

The version in your link is the original game so Act I + II.
Act I is more polished and refined though.
