Pity it's not Wolfgang! I like him and a new picture of him would have been cool.
Hm, I can only guess Marine's buddies cause I don't remember all the villains.

So, we now have 2 statements. First

Nope, but I confirm you definitely know him.

and second, in answer to D-Squall's question about if this person joins in MM5

the answer is: yes

Therefore, someone we have already met but who "joins" only now. As Marine has a full party registered, it seems logical that it is someone on the Mystrock side

But since when has logic played a part in any of these teasers?

I've seen a flaw in my logic. there are at least two other possibilities outside of the Mystrock team

1) Marine's father
2) Benoit's father

The silhouette looks quite "hefty", so it would fit to him well. Anyway, if it's someone from Mystrock than it can't be The Bear.
