Before heading to Mystock, I am finishing up a few loose ends (mainly sidequests). I went to see Kandira to receive my "reward" however, all she says is "The family responsible for the watches used to have a shop, but the location of it got lost". I had found the shop, even completed the quest for the shopkeeper. I verified my status of the quest by going into the quest menu and it says that I need to talk to Kandira.
Not sure what happened. I have been following the guide very closely.
