Stuck after spotting girl!

Stuck! Ack - party has split, I'm with Karine, et al - spotted the girl for the 2nd time (where you had to "fall" down a big drop), she ran away and we are supposed to follow her, but can't "jump" back up to get out? Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
