Really?!?!? I did notice that Marine did very well on the first try, when I did speak to everyone... wow... okay... I'll keep trying that!!!

I think there is a little confusion. You would fight dragon TWICE. You would just die the first time. Can't possibly win.

Yes I did, it didn't do good.

Feed Marine something to increase her HP (to close to 1500, the best). Don't waste all those things in your backpack.

There is nothing in here backpack at the battle and her HP is 812.

I think 812 is a bit too low. Here were the things in my backpack before I pumped her up:
22 life Pill 1HP/each
21 Growth beans 2HP/each
8 Royal Acornes 6HP/each
13 spirited Vapor 1 HP each
26 earth heart 30HP/each

Did you start from scratch, or did you import data? You collect earth hearts from completing quests with Abu in your party (sometimes you get it. Just save before you complete a task. Repeat till you get one).
But even before I loaded her up, she was at 1351. At lvl 99, of course. I guess you need to level her up more to gain HP if you do not have earth hearts in your inventory.l

I looked at the wrong one the HP is 1516 the other one is 812.

You should be able withstand about 5 rounds or so. Just keep blocking (DO NOT fight him back). If Jeanne did not tell you she was going to look up a spell during the break time. Then you miss something. She would also reassure you before you face Dragon (the second time). After maybe 2 blocking, she will tell you to give her a little more time. I think I got it after 4 or 5 times. If you die, just redo it. You'll get lucky.

yes it can be dangerous if you get a critical hit from dragon (ie an unlucky move) otherwise there shouldn't be any problem.
