I believe you get the quest from Kandira (she is sitting on a towel on the beach).

Yep, but I talked to her with Salome's party and nothing, now I talked to her with Mom's party and nothing... is something wrong?

I talked to her with Marine after Blondie started the ancient temple. Maybe that's the trigger? Having the party start the temple?

So I talk to her with Marine, after Blondie start... then when I go back with Blondie I can find the shop?

Hopefully you haven't left there yet, cuz can't go back to any of the 3 places to get the ingredients or even the cave for that matter. I tried So have to be done sometime then. BTW, does Marine return before we truly begin the ancient temple part?

I don't understand right... so you're not sure? You can accept the quest with Marine and Karine's party? Or that quest was to be accepted before all this confusion? Before even going to Cactus Crest?

Once you have Blondie in your party, don't go to the temple right away - instead get the quest from Kandira.

So it's Blondie that we have to have I went exploring with Marine talking to people
Ooooh...I also remember constantly going back to the beach with Blondie's party from the temple only because I came back to get more supplies since I didn't finish the collection of blobs yet.
