Clicking on mountain. Nothing there. Help!

Have you actually spoken to the soldier in the camp to get the quest? I think until you do, you can't enter there.

I did. I also clicked on said mountain before I entered the camp (and before I knew about the quest (was still in demo mode)), and as I recall, I got something from it. Now I'm wondering if by doing that I managed to void the quest...

I went ahead and restarted. I like playing in Hard Mode, and when I got to the Master Meister ( ) fight, I realized there was NO WAY I was going to win without being leveled up WAAAAAY more than I was at that point. So this time I ain't touchin' that mountain.

ETA, I think the initiating of the quest got lost between demo and full version because now I see the sparkly bit on the mountain and it wasn't there the previous time. So all is well. Thanks littlebro!!!

I found the mountain shining and saved in front of it but the game crashed and then when I try to load the save file I got this error.

seems like an issue of corrupted files, not a problem with the game.
i would try to load another savefile and save on this slot.
