what do i need to finish quest 4? i have tried itching powder, tonic, drum, playing cards. I am really confused.

The solution is among those you've tried. Maybe you misspelled the word? You must enter the word as it's spelled in the inventory.

I've found that you do need to capitalize where it's needed. Didn't work for me otherwise
