Quest(ion) #14 - Where is Hartul?

Yes, indeed... where is Hartul? I got this quest near the end of the game, after returning from Wasteland the 1st time, so I don't think I missed the encounter for timing reasons.
Any help please?

Go back to Eshley and he is in the accessory shop trying to buy a shovel. speak to the owner - get the shovel for him.

Yes, the shovel is the clue. Emilio tells you that Hartul needs to buy one. If you have spoken to the shopkeeper before, there is a section of dialogue about shovels, and also they are in a crate outside her shop door.

Thanks. Yes, now I remember the dialogue about showels, but this was very early in the game and I forgot it
