Never say Never - me and Legendary mode

Never say Never - me and Legendary mode

Postby littlebro » Wed Nov 26, 2014 5:54 pm

I decided it was about time I moved off 'Normal' mode. So did I take the logical step of moving up a grade to Hard? Nope. I thought, if I'm going to do this, I may as well go straight for it, and chose Legendary. A moment of slight panic, thinking that maybe, just maybe, I was finally cracking up.

Anyway, I've been quietly working my way through this. I'm up to Eastdene, and I only had one character die once on me. It helps that I've already played the game on Normal, so I've got an idea of the strategies needed, enemy weaknesses etc., but even so, I've had to change my strategy quite a lot.

Wish me luck. If you never hear from me again, know that I died bravely.

littlebro: +::Thumbup
But beware, now you'll want to play the other games on harder difficulties, too...

But breaking the time completion record on Hard would be even more challenging. :razz:

But you cannot make the minimal time on Hard, it HAS to be on Easy. ;) +::stop

My games are always the most exciting on Hard IMO.

I know - I was just teasing. :)

Btw, GR on Hard could be the next step after beating TToCM on Legendary. 8)

I finished on Legendary. I feel very pleased with myself. It wasn't as bad as I feared. I think I worked out a pretty good set of strategies, and they got me through.

I can now sink back into my usual mode now, with a warm glow of achievement.

I always make Legendary/Hard modes in a way that they are finishable fairly easily IF you have a solid knowledge of the game. 8)

How utterly deflating! And there I was, feeling pleased with myself. Oh well.

Littlebro, I admire you for doing this, I don't think I'd have the patience, and I would say it's NOT fairly easy! So keep on being proud of yourself! +::lol
