Q13 - The Lost Orb

Q13 - The Lost Orb

Postby Cassiopeia » Thu Dec 25, 2014 12:57 pm

Yet another question / issue.
I missed to trigger that quest before going to Nalisa Shrine. I got the orb and then realized what I had missed, so I went back and triggered it. I passed the orb over and did get a quest complete and a quest bonus.
However, the quest still appears in white in the journal and so does the first line of the quest description ("Check out a nearby shrine"). There seems to be no way to get rid of this now.
It's not really a problem since the quest has been counted, but it's a little bit disturbing.

Sorry for the delay in replying but RL meant that I had very little access to the internet for a while.

Good catch. It doesn't affect the completion of the quest, or the allocation of the rewards, but you're right, it is disturbing. Long technical reason why it happened, but I'll ask Indy to include this in a fresh upload. There are a couple of things which need slight adjustment.

Thanks for pointing this one out.

Thanks for the replay.
It's not disturbing anymore now as I've finished the game anyway. +::biggrin

Did you find that allocating spend points made a noticeable difference?

Oooooh yesssssss! I wouldn't have thought that it would make SUCH a difference! At the beginning I was a bit hesitant and never quite sure what to boost, but I quickly found out that I got enough points to distribute them well and it helped tremendously.
There's those woods (where those silver stags are), don't remember the name, but the first time around I rushed through there because it was hell. This time I actually used that place for levelling up.
It certainly is a great feature and I should have made use of it from the start!
