Are there different rewards for a second win in each category?
If so, how long does it take until I can revisit the Arena, or else what triggers the possibility to do so?

EDIT: Okay, found it out. Now THAT was thrilling!

With the wine I got plus one level for everyone.

EDIT
Oh wait, maybe we're talking about different things. I'm talking about the extra fight after the 3 leagues. What are you talking about?

The same. But one level isn't something that would make me say it was "so worth doing". I can easily gain it by grinding if I want.

Yes, it's pretty easy to hit the level cap anyway if you wait on the various level boost rewards until the end of the game. Not sure how that followup event opens up, but I didn't do the arena until the end of the game my first time through.

True, but if I can get a level, particularly when I'm already high and so a lot of exp is needed, then for me that's useful. But I did it (by chance, in future it will be by design) just after everyone had gone up a level, so I got maximum benefit from it.

I'm just playing normal mode, as usual, and I have to say, grinding isn't necessary at all anyway. Levels don't seem to be as important as in other games. When you keep killing everything that crosses your way, you're perfectly prepared for everything. So far at least, and I'm getting towards the end of the game.
