The last legend on my list. Anyone know where it is? I'm pretty sure I'm in the last dungeon, so I must've missed it somewhere.

Porky is in Abismo towards the bottom left outside. You need to go through a few passages to reach him.
If you're at the end of the game Porky will be a pushover
