Is there a difference in the choice that I make? I assume there is, but I was wondering what impact that might have?

I'm almost 5 hours in, and I haven't found it to be a problem. Of course, I can't do a straight comparison yet, so I can't say whether one way is 'better' than another.

My guess is that although they are different, neither is significantly more hard/easy than the other, just by the way that Indy normally makes his games. If both pathways are on the same difficulty choice, then I would expect them to be comparable.
