Ive got a quest to meet with Barbarossa in the meeting room.Ive gone to the meeting room in Javelin pIke but hes not there ? am i in the right Meeting room ? +::sos

Whats this bit about its confusing ? I dont see no ship graveyard or does that come after the visit to the palace ?

Hint: After the introductory cut scene in the Ship Graveyard, go back to Javelin Pike and talk to the General to get the relic you chose earlier.

Spells that have "Aether" as "Anti" in the description.
Granted, there aren't many of them, but if your Soleil is not Astro like advised in the Guide, her "Star Onction" is one of them.

Ah well that lets me out then cos i didnt follow the guide at the start.I tend to suss a game out myself as best i can and then refer to the guide if i get stuck +::biggrin +::biggrin
I was able to beat him anyway so hey ho ill have to soldier on without those spells and remember all this next time through :)

Is the last dungeon the point of no return ? meaning once entered no going back so to speak ? i know the ships grave yard can get back to the map etc.Its always nice to know that you can get out of a dungeon and stock up with potions if needed. +::biggrin

You can always exit the last dungeon in this game. Where you can save, you can also exit.
