unless I'm mistaken I think she is asking if there are any goodies or any plans to make goodies for elendi ceus, and gave some suggestions for goodies.
No matter what your level of skill, there is always room for improvement.

level madness could mean they want more exp from enemies or more of those level up chairs rooms lol.
