from the guide, it says in the guild at anchor bay, I should be able to get a sidequest that involves some dragons I think the 4 dragons one. yet when I go there and talk to everyone the quest doesn't appear in my log. current quest is absimo, 7 legends, and undead couple. can anyone help me get this quest please?

I think you get it in the Guild, from someone standing near the left wall. Maybe you overlooked that person?

i'll check it again , only ones I see in guild are the shopkeeper, the one to the right of him that tells you about dragons and someone down below who keeps track of all discoveries. the one to right of shopkeeper just talks about dragons but doesn't give a quest so i'll see if I missed someone.
