How do I transfer my games to the new computer? Do I redownload the game?

Also will I get back my saves as well?

No, I need to send you the full games again, unless you backed them up somewhere.

Generally speaking, they are there:
C:\Users\[Your Name]\AppData\Roaming

I had emailed you regarding sending me the full files for certain games as the link you've given me only has some being able to download as demo. I hope you received it.
