Ive been wandering around trying to get out of prison for over an hour and have yet to find the other switch to get out the top portion. Also, no sign of secret room 24 ugh. Stuck in prison. Please help! thanks

Found it! There is another secret walk way by the cell with the treasure chest in case someone else is stuck. Just follow the broken floor pieces. Didnt find the secret room though.
