I've noticed in other languages animals bark/cluck/meow/in different ways - at least going back the spelling of them. That one might be spelled 'woof' in some places.

I am stuck. I went into this house where I fell through a hole that took me to the Underworld. I finished everything here, but can't get out again. I just run in circles. Any help on how to exit the Underworld would be appreciated.

You must use the Egress spell from one of your characters (like Osric, or Havoc).

If you have fought the Demon and cleared the symbol, then as Indinera said, you use Egress. You can't walk out, which is why the Abbot gave you the Egress item as a back up for Alissia and Praedus, as they don't have that skill.

Did you go to map 2 where there are those caves with boulders to turn the spike gates off? If you haven't, it is worth doing as you get some excellent rewards.

I have been thinking of Egress, but didn't know how to get hold of it. Then I checked my "Items" list, and lo and behold, there it was. Thank you both so very much for the fast response. I am out of that place now and back in the land of living.

And oh yes, I went to those places with the bolders. +::Thumbup

BTW... Kes, are you Gemelle Games? I am still new here, and don't know who is who.

Do not use Egress with the "item" if you can cast the spell instead though. +::wizard

To late, Indi. I used the item. I did check each character when I was in fight-mode, but Egress was never available then.

The item has a limited number of uses. Osric and Havoc can cast Egress as often as they want assuming they are not dead.

Thanks, Indi. I will remember those two in future. But don't I have to be in battle-mode in order to use Egress via the characters?

Actually it should be used (and usable) only outside of battles lol

Aha !! I checked now, and yes, I had to go into "Status" and then I saw that Egress was highlighted, which it wasn't in the battles. I always assued that Egress meant you can escape from battles, not from places.
