Isendra Tower

On the west side of the first floor are rooms/monsters/chests I can't seem to get to. Is that on purpose? I did find some secret entrances to other floors and rooms, but not here.

OK, you might have found it, but I've been in and out of that tower 4 times and still can't find it. Beginning to feel like a complete idiot. Care to help out? :-)
