When I first come out of the castle with the team theres a guy with weapons that are really
good but the price of those are impossible when you first start the game!!
Whats with that anyway?

There are many merchants in the game who sell weapons too expensive for the time you first visit them.
So returning to these later is quite common. Also, this is probably the main reason why Minister is so helpful, since you can earn more money with him.

Thanks Tomas. With the minister tho its best you have at least 6000 or more and I havent even gotten up
that high cause I keep finding better equipment to buy then after I buy it I find it somewhere free!

Indeed, playing the Minister and waiting for the "first six thousands bucks" can be daunting.
But it really pays off - you earn money so much faster, then.
