Stuck in Al Kashir Palace

I'm on the top level of Al Kashir I have one enemy with a chest below me, and one more set of stairs, I can not find my way to it. I even went back to the entrance looking for stairs that I may have missed. I can not find the way to get to him. Can some one help me PLEASE.
