I started the game for the first time directly in Attack mode and suprise suprise I find it quite easily so far. I must be good then :P . I love games where monsters don't respawn so I had to start directly in Attack mode.

I have one question about one minister skill : at some point I had a skill that consumed some MP and gave me 100 gold. I used it right away and it DISSAPEARED after that. I made more than 10 levels after that and the skill is still dissapeared. Is this a bug or is it normal ?
I wanted to consume all my MP from him and use it on this : I want MONEY. I don't have anything useful to do with his MP anyway so far.

It's only a one-time spell, would mean infinite money otherwise

ah ok .... didn't realized the infinite money part ) . Altough if I you play Attacker mode you will have to spend a lot of money at the in to replenish his mana back.
By the way ... I don't know why people avoid this mod or why you said it's hard and you need to know what you are doing .... I just took one of your suggestion : Priestess of the pentacle - Monk (I choose thunder) - The minister and the commander. First time playing like I said and it's easy to me. I still have a lot of potions left and I rarely spend money at the Inn. I am so curious about all the Minister skills until the end - he is really cool lol. The skill with experience from social interactions seems genious to me - very creative.

For sure one of the most innovative characters I made, gameplay wise

one aditional question : is there actually any difference in choosing the leader of the group of 4 ? Besides dialogues .... are there any real changes in gameplay ?

Hmmm it does make a difference who you choose as leader, but differences don't show in every situation... better you find this out yourself

hmmm my leader is the priestess but I choose her as a leader by mistake. Didn't know the first person you choose with the king is actually the leader. And so far she automatically equiped some shinny thingy when i Existed a cave. Ironically it's good on her but I don't like the fact that I can't remove it. I assume this means I am stuck forever with that item( and it's not a relic) - it sucks this way.

the item is quite powerful though and she will go down very difficultly with it on
