is there a max lvl in this game ?

Is there a max lvl in this game ? I read on some posts about lvl 65 but I can reach level 66 with Minister and it still goes up .... so is it or not ?
Also can you reach level max with all chracters(assuming it exists) in Attack mode even if you save all level up potions until the end ?

Max is 99 I think.
In Attack Mode you won't be able to reach it.

ok... but at some point heroes don't learn new skills. I had 8 potions of level up left before the final boss and i tried it on every hero all 8 then reload all 8 on next hero etc to see what new skill I get but I got nothing. No new skill past some point.

Yup, that's true (in most cases ^^)
But all of them still get tons of stats boosts ahaha
