Receiving the mails from Plimus usually takes some times, sometimes even day or two. There might also be a problem with anti-spam filters and so on. I've experienced this many times when buying Aldorlea games.

There's a simple help to this, though. After you complete the purchase and the payment is finished, don't close the opened page in your browser - there are some links, something like "See the copy of receipt sent to your e-mail" or similar. Here you can see your activation key directly, without waiting for the mail (you will need to enter the correct e-mail address first).
Or you will need your purchase number (it's shown after the payment) to get to the documents related to your order later, if you already closed the browser tab, so it's always good to save this number (just to be sure).

Hope this helps.

I tried 3 Stars of Destiny for an 1/2 hour worth of play on BFG and my computer died, at that time it was Windows Vista everything worked fine. I got a new computer last Saturday with Windows 7 and when I decided to redownload the game from BFG as the game starts opening I get a error
Script 'Input integration (mouse)' line 2: RuntimeError occurred.
LoadLibrary: 3SUtils
So I purchased the game here on the Aldorlea Game site and get the same error. Please help me to open the game so that I am able to play again. This was my first RPG game and I was enjoying it until my computer died. +::sos

I would uninstall it and reinstall using one of these download links:

Then just use the license key you got in the email. Please let me know if it works!

Do you have the latest version of LF2 (v1.7)? I remember that Sariis quest was bugged in previous versions, although the problem was impossibility to complete it, not with game crashing.
P.s. The latest version of LF2 can be downloaded here http://www.mediafire.com/?42kj6ivw9o3t5va.

Well, I finally finished all your games. +::YAY +::clap +::Dance . Have enjoyed them all. +::heart Now though, I have a problem. In Dreamscape, I started at Utopia, which I didn't think would affect future game play. Went back to play a new mode and no mouse. I went to options and selected the mouse option and it still doesn't work +::cry. I have restarted my computer and failure, still no mouse. Any ideas?

It's weird, to say the least.
When did you download Dreamscape and from which website?
Can you check if the other options work? You may want to "disable" the mouse, exit, then "enable" the mouse?
Even though it should be working from the start...

Every time I go into the game the mouse option is marked no. I enable, accept and still no mouse. I played the whole game using the mouse without a problem, now I can't even use the mouse in my save files. My mouse works fine everywhere else including your other games. I am at a loss cuz I'd really like to play again and simply can't get it to work. I know I can use the arrows but it is difficult for me. I purchased the game from your web site maybe 10 days ago.
I would have to check the actual date.

It's weird, it seems like it's doing fine with me.
Can you go in your Dreamscape folder (where you installed the game) and copy/paste the content of the Dreamscape.ini file please?

I don't know what was wrong with the uploaded version but I've replaced it and this one should be just fine:

OK, don't know what an ini file is but I checked the configuration in the game file and mouse=1 and disable mouse=0. Will try the new download. Thanks!
