Maybe I should restart without the random...

Correct. I'll remove the option to pick "random". I was on the verge of doing it but thinking more about, this game should be without the misses and critical hits.

And yeah, "units" that I was talking about are characters, since when you're in Maniac Mode, healing and revivals will be extremely limited. I don't know if a KO character, both general and their troop, would get a point penalty, never mind the fact that revival in battle is out of the question too.

If an army (General + Troops) dies it decreases the score, since you also lose the battle.
If one or several characters die (including Generals) but you still win in the end, it doesn't affect the score.

The title screen music is great. In some moments it reminded me Dreamscape.

The text saying ".. - EXPLORED" is not very well visible. Maybe a larger font and different could help.

I don't generally like strategy games ... I like Turn based Rpgs but not if they get too complicated with too many characters and stuff ... but I downloaded the demo and I must say that I really like this one. I just bought the full version now.

got to say that I love the male elf archer from the begginig .... he is weak in the beggining but if you get him to higher lvl he is a beast ... also I like how resistant Kayzer is.

I think I should ask you your favorite Armies (= General + their Troops)

Yes Aruna and his fairy .... that fairy is so good when you equip it with paralize/seduce weapon.

Kayzer especially .... and his assasin . Love it when assasin does 2 damage and the enemy dies lol.

I got to say that I am dissapointed in Albert ... except for his last skill against bosses I didn't find much use for him and his armies. I rarely used him.

My favourites remain Aruna, Kayzer, Anabela with full party - insane healing power and aoe spells , The werewolf from Derek party (too bad he didnt had even more mana for his great last skill), Anastacya ( I like sacrificing the puppet combo everytime) - but I don't understand one thing about her : at talents it says she is good against BOSS when she hits but when I tried to use her against BOSSes he was doing only 2- 3 dmg ( the troops were doing more dmg than her) ... Iris with her spider combos togheter , My lovely seductress Diamond and I almost forgot Linda - found out late how good she is against bosses and big monsters.
I like the others too but Albert and his party is the last one ... too bad I couldn't replace him with another general, he was so weak to me.

personally i love iris

Aoe stands for spells that hits all enemies. I think you asked about this concept one time before. It comes from traditional RPGs and most multiplayer popular games these days like Dota, League of legend, WoW etc

Angel party has those spells against undead and her godesses also has that wrath of elements ... not to mention the paladin has aoe too.

And normal Angel has "Blessing" ^^

yeah .... also if you want to make a topic about favourite item ... in my case it would be that item that gives experience after each battle ... I think it's called seal of the gods or something.
