Witch Hunt is now my "closest to release" game - definitely scheduled for this year, hopefully in a couple of months' time.
It's an adventure a bit like Laxius Force or The Book of Legends, with an epic storyline, a fairly "dark" atmosphere and unique characters.

I realized I forgot to comment on this topic. Time for screenshot analysis!

The first thing that actually piques my interest are the "correct" marks on the barrels. What does it mean?

A chicken playable character? That is interesting, but please, don't make him as weak as Hans.

The mapping is very beautiful, but they give more of a TBOL and 3SoD vibe rather than Laxius vibe. And I think that is good seeing TBOL and 3SoD are games with great mapping and aesthetic value. I especially like the colored lightnings.

Coins on the ground... Uh oh... That directly brings Dreamscape to mind... I wonder how we will handle them.

Anyways, I am really excited for this, which is good seeing as many of your recent projects failed to excite me much...

What does it mean?

You didn't play TKH ^^
It just means you've already checked and found an item in that place (no need to check it again)

It's more the atmosphere and plot that is reminiscent of LF, not so much the mapping and graphics.

I still haven't played any of your recent games, Your latest game I played is probably Girlfriend Rescue, which was released in summer, so I had the chance to play it. Though when I do play them, The King's Heroes is the one I want to try first.

I always liked GR, I thought it was different but great.
TKH is a pretty nice one with interesting party selection early on.

It means monsters don't give a lot of it, not necessarily that it is scarce per se.

Some parts are like the scariest parts of LF lol
