I jumped over a ledge in the snow area and got to the Stromdurness Ruins. I have flipped 2 switches, but cannot find what they open or a way out of here. Can't jump back down over that ledge ... found another switch behind a gate, but can't get to it? Any help appreciated.

You don't say which switches you've found, so I'll go through the whole sequence.

From the entrance, having 'jumped' over the wall, and gone up the wide stairs in the middle to the next map, continue along the right side of the map, and exit east to another map.

One switch is in the top northeast corner, up a long set of steps. [Boss fight you can trigger just behind this switch]
Return to the entrance map and go down to the bottom left hand corner, down some narrow stairs and switch 2 is now accessible.

Now go up through the main gate and back up the wide stairs. This time, there will be a switch available just after you reach that map. I think it's up a little path, just to the right of where you enter, that you couldn't get at before. I suspect that's the one you're missing.

Return down, and now go up the narrow stairs on the left.

so .... I did the one with the boss on the top ...... and the one just after I jumped over the wall (on the right). But that is all I can do ....
oh .......... #(*&@& !! I am an idiot! ....... so, just walk out the main gate ... thought I needed to jump back over the wall!.... at least I am all at level 30 now! ... thanks.

I am missing 2 bosses . Zengali and Xor-Kan .... in Stromdurness ruins .... could anyone tell me where they are?

To get Zengali you must have the Circus Whip. Did you find that?

Unfortunately I'm not on my own computer at the moment, so can't check boss names. If no-one else answers with the exact location I'll try and come back later, but my memory is that Zengali is on the left hand side of the second map.

Where do you find the Circus whip?

in earlier post of mine there is a map with the place of the whip

In case people can't find the earlier post, cuz it's in another thread, here are the directions.

From the entrance map you go up the wide stairs and so arrive on the right hand side of the second map. Go up and exit east. Go right until you come to a little mausoleum and go down. On the east side of that map is a small graveyard. The whip is in an open grave in the middle of that graveyard.

Q: I have the Circus whip but when I approach Zingali (little deer) nothing happens and if I click on him he disappears, so what am I doing wrong?

No second deer.
I got the whip equip it on Zendra, fight the first deer with Grapes. then Fight the rest of the bosses turn on 3 switches and returned to where the first deer was and no more deer appears.
Hope someone can help me here.

The second deer doesn't appear exactly where the first one was, but a bit further in the ruins (close to the monastery).

I will continue the game and find that deer then.
