Stuck at Lochbroath Mansion

Help please.

I am stuck in the mansion. I've finished all the bosses fights, diddy's quest and Kylesmore essence and I am ready to go back to the hotel but the notification near the boat says, I have to finish everything in the mansion.

Please help, i do not know what to do.
