August 2018 will mark the 10 years of release of my first commercial game, and one of my most successful, Laxius Force.
The series spawned two sequels that were equally successful and are still the fastest sellers ever on Aldorlea (considering first week and first month of release).
And if you've been following the top of the month, these games marked their time so much that they are still selling pretty significantly.

To celebrate the event, I've been cooking a surprise release - a spin-off game including some of the most loved heroes from the series!
The goal is to meet a release date in August! Wouldn't it be good?
Otherwise it'll be later. But still, better try than not.

There might be other events during this month. Thinking about it.
It's not every month that you celebrate the 10 years of something so meaningful (at least for me ).

We are really looking forward to celebrate the 10 years with you.
I am planning to replay all you games. I just finished Asguard again. and now starting on Little Heart. But a new game will be a wonderfull gift and I really hope you enjoy making them because I enjoy playing them.

Oh and the 3rd of august I have been married in 50 years

I so need a new game! Really looking forward to this one. I have played all your games multiple times and am currently back to LF 1 so the timing on this would be perfect! Hard to believe it has been 10 years already

Yes!I am,too, looking forward to it! I`m replaying all my favorite games again , have finished Asguaard, Millennium series, 3 Stars, LF 1 and LF 2, currently replaying LF 3. I love the idea of 10-year anniversary.I love your games so much! Thank you!

I hope the game will be ready for August, but if it won't be, let's hope it'll be a minor "september" delay.

Yup but it's a spin-off so don't expect it to fit in the "canon" series. More like a big (monster ) sidequest.

10 years is a pretty nice milestone.

Yup I do enjoy making them. All of them! But probably with a soft spot for the Laxius style.

Btw, Laxius Power is even older. 16 years, if I am not mistaken. I guess some of the Laxius fans are now younger than the original game...

It's the sidequest that is a big monster lol
And much nastier, creepier, and more harrowing than a huge dragon or even a true demon.
BUT (time to wear my Trickster jacket) I can give you one hint: you have (or may have) seen it already in the LF trilogy.
It's kinda a return.

Bear in mind it's the 10-year anniversary game, not a full installment of the canon Laxius series.
Yes, assuming I pull it off correctly, it should be a wild ride worthy of the Laxius signature.
And you do get some heroes returning!

So it has something to do with Wendala?

She's a part of it (as evidenced in the teaser screenshot) but not sure it really has to do with her per se.
But in a way, one could probably answer yes to your question.
