How to Activate New Game+?

New Game + is indeed a bit tricky.
1. Open up the save file with Location "In Memorium" (that's after you've defeated the final boss)
2. Leave Now? Answer "No"
3. After stats screen is shown, choose "Save" from menu choices
4. "New Game+" option will appear above the character pictures
