So, I finally figured it out.

- Map to the God Slayers: If you have killed all 34 bosses so far, the game refuses to give you the map, because Louthros is "arrogant". Equipping the Casino book (luck) re-enables it.

- Inexistence: If you have saved too often, doing every quest + having the luk buff (might be any buff?) fixes quest #3.
