Is it better to do it with Random and Luciana alone, supposing they are able? Or, can I do it later, with more characters in the party, to give them one more quest too?

yes and yes

I've never not just done it, so I couldn't tell you. It might be that there's no ramifications for not doing it now, it might be there are. I'd recommend doing it now, but if you choose not to, feel free to tell us.
There's a chance it straight up won't be possible, though.

in Abbaoth monastery i have found all the secret rooms but haven't located the drows that Louthros needs to kill..in which sr are they ? thank you

Yeah, so, this is one of the things I don't know.
They're in the SR that looks like a jailcell - however, when I initially tried they didn't show either.
When I tried again later they were.
I have absolutely no clue what prompts them to appear.

They are in another location (dungeon).

Are the drows Louthros kills not the same as the quest to save the girl that's locked in that SR?
Because I 100% got quest 21 "completed" from clearing the monastery's SRs

(This is currently being investigated lol)

Because I 100% got quest 21 "completed" from clearing the monastery's SRs

That's the Guild of Benevolence's quest iirc

The Drows Louthros get informed about in River Vale are another gang located somewhere else.

Ok so for the Sr, the trigger is benevolence quest 4.

For the drows... see above.

I've got the quest to find the kid a golden cockatrice. How do I complete it? I found one running around outside the sewers by the wall with the choice to slay or free it. Is this the one I need to solve the problem?

No, but it's possible you might have to save that one to finish the quest.
There is (another?) one in a secret room... later.
