I'm on my 2nd run-through, trying to clean up quests and visit areas I missed the first time. I've finished everything in the shrine except the final battle, and I have the key, but I CANNOT find the prisoners. I've missed a door or hallway somewhere, I've been everywhere, and I'm waving the white flag. Can someone give me directions? Maybe post a screenshot showing how to get there? I'm sure it's something really obvious...

On your way to Zeryon, you pass two side-by-side rooms. Darlene is in Secret Room #63 which is found in the left of those two rooms. You need two keys. The Slave Key and the Deluxe Slave Key. The Slave Key is found in that room with Secret Room #63.

In the right wing, upper dark area. There was a woman in charge of slave sacrifices there next to the coffin where you may, or may not, have found Ellis, the daughter of the drow outside the shrine. Ellis is/was in the coffin. Kill the woman, walk up one step to where she was standing and search.
