Donations to MSI

Do you have only 1 chance to donate to MSI? I have 40,000 but don't have the option to donate that now (it's either 50,000 or 5,000). Is there any place in the MSI to sell stuff??

how do i donate to Baretta and to whom do I give the donations - found the store behind the stairs but Baretta says it is only decoration

You don't donate to Baretta. You donate to her benefactor, Akherburg. He's by the 2nd fl bookcase in front of the stairs leading back down to 1st fl on your way to the basement. You only have a small opportunity/timeframe to make that donation, and he will only ask if Baretta is NOT in the party. There is another opportunity later in the game when his son will ask you again. I don't know whether the delay impacts anything in the game or whether the new areas just open up a bit later. I think it's best to give Akherburg the full 50000 when he first asks for the donation.
