The Bone Pit is quite big and if I recall correctly there are chains you can pull on, they are on the walls and not very visible, maybe that's what you missed?

What do they do when I find them? And, am I almost finished with the game? thanks

Never mind I found the chains and completed the game,

Victories 275, 4 relics, pirates rope, crystalline, Gondoram, and Hero's scroll
and 5 orbs.wind ice metal pain and night
Time played 14 : 25
Loved the game, but, not good at memories so will just say thank you.
