Anyway, if I wanted a complex story led by dynamic characters that aren't easily categorised into facile dichotomies of good and bad with no clear arc or easily predicted outcome, I'd have left the theatre and lived my damn life. Brownian

I simply would never eat any of your cakes. They are work of arts. You are very talented.

Not from his head to be superior but from the side to be equal

The butterfly cake is cute but the castle I could just bury my face in. I love marshmallows and the icing looks almost like it's made from them. Even if not, those addorning the parapets look scrumpcious! +::surrender +::biggrin

WHOA! Now that's a mighty fine looking dino +::whistle
I have a question...do you glue the pieces together with frosting and then ice it, or do you ice the parts first and then glue together with frosting?

I glue the pieces together with frosting then decorate, would be pretty difficult to do it any other way - tried once to decorate the pieces then put it together but it just made a terrible mess of the decoration +::lol and I ended up with more of the frosting on me than on the cake +::biggrin

lucky you...the frosting would end up squirting all over the table and the floor when I first tried...and it was only a double layer 8" pan cake +::biggrin Now mom and I just stick to 9 x 13" pans and decorate on a flat surface inside the pan +::biggrin
Got another question...do you use the frosting bag or the gun thingy? I have to do it with the gun thingy cause mom said I was and still am, too dangerous with the bag +::biggrin

I use an icing bag - I have a loads for all the different colours, I use the piping syringe for finer detail mainly writing as it has a little more control... +::biggrin
