Edea joins for a little while in disc 3, you're going to love her Limit Break. +::lol

There's one in the Shinai* villiage where you have to pay 5000 gil per draw

Found a nifty save game hacking software, but not using it until I beat it legit.

*don't know if that's the correct spelling or not.

I think (not sure) that the only enemy in the game who you can Draw Ultima is Omega Weapon.

Yes, it's madness trying any Draw in that beast. It's better to find a item and refine to make Ultimas or going back in Draw points.

you can card mod ultima for a whole buncha ultima's

BTW, Really cool renzokuken combo, against the robot that chases you around in squalls first mission? He does a 4 hit awesome combo that finishes with an ending blow. +::biggrin

lol, at least you can use Limit Breaks everytime that you want without spending MP or waiting to fill a gauge. xD
