I orderd Shining Plume 2 May 06 2013 and I am still waiting for the key . I have emailed raphaeldelmaschio@hotmail.com three times . I never have to wait for the key so whats up? It is paid for and I got comformation that payment was excepted.

Sometimes you just don't receive the mail - probably because of an anti-spam filter. It's usually best to download the files before closing the purchase window in your browser.

Email the place which you ordered it from and request a re-email or a refund and just rebuy the game.
